  Securely pack the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
